Who I am

I never receive or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, who handle card data directly.
What I never ask for
I will never ask for your YouTube password, your Google account credentials, or access to your channel. If anyone claiming to be me asks for these, it is not me. Refuse.
Your analytics data is sensitive and I treat it that way
Screen recordings of your YouTube Analytics may show your revenue, your RPM, and your audience demographics. I do not share these with anyone, I do not use them in marketing or case studies without asking you separately and in writing, and I delete them within 30 days of delivering your audit.
Who else processes your data
- Stripe - payment processing. Data may be transferred outside the UK under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

- Cal.com - scheduling, for coaching bookings only.
- [EMAIL PROVIDER] - sending the playbook and transactional emails.
- Plausible Analytics - website analytics. EU-hosted, aggregated, and cookieless. It sets no cookies and does not track you across websites, which is why this site has no cookie banner and does not need one.
I do not sell your data. I do not share it with advertisers. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Marketing emails
If you gave me your email for the playbook, you consented to occasional related emails. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe and I honour it immediately. If you bought something from me, I may email you about similar services under the soft opt-in rule - same unsubscribe applies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email ashwin.annamaraju@gmail.com and I will respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. I'd rather you told me first, but you don't have to.
Age
This service is for people aged 18 and over. I don't knowingly collect data from under-18s.
