Proof

I started doing this because I kept having the same conversation. Someone would send me their channel, I'd look at the last ten thumbnails and the retention graph, and within about twenty minutes it was obvious what was wrong - and it was almost never the thing they thought. Usually the videos were fine and nobody had a reason to click.

I'm not a marketer and I don't have a course. I upload documentary videos every few weeks and I get the same things wrong you do, just earlier and more often. If I can't see anything useful in your channel, I'll say so and refund you.

../ Fit

This works if:

  • You've published at least 10 videos and you still can't explain why some worked
  • Your best video has 5x the views of your worst and you don't know why
  • You're willing to actually change the thumbnail, not just hear that it's wrong

This doesn't work if:

  • You've not uploaded in six months
  • You want subscribers bought rather than earned
  • You want me to tell you the videos are fine and the algorithm is broken
