Cancellations and Refunds

Last updated: [DATE]

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you place your order to cancel for any reason, and get a full refund.

The exception, and it matters

If you ask me to start work inside those 14 days, and I do, you can still cancel - but you'll owe a proportionate amount for the work already done. If I've already delivered the completed audit, the cancellation right ends and you can't get a refund on that basis. You'll be asked to acknowledge both of these at checkout before you pay. If you'd rather keep the full 14 days, just tell me and I'll hold off starting.

How to cancel

Email ashwin.annamaraju@gmail.com with your order reference and the words "I cancel." No form, no phone call, no explanation needed. I'll confirm within one working day and refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

My own promise, on top of the above

These are things I offer voluntarily. They don't replace your legal rights and they don't affect them.

  • If I look at your channel and can't find anything genuinely useful to tell you, I'll say so and refund you in full. I'd rather return £150 than take it for a document you didn't need.
  • If I'm booked out beyond the stated five working days, I'll tell you before you pay - and if I've already taken your money and can't hit the date, you choose between waiting or a full refund.
  • If the audit lands and it's not what was described, tell me within 14 days and I'll redo it or refund you.

What isn't refundable

A coaching call you attended. A coaching call you missed without giving 24 hours' notice. An audit you've already received where the only issue is that you disagree with the recommendations - disagreement is fine and often useful, but it isn't a defect.
