Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

AEJ is a trading name of ASHWIN ANNAMARAJU, sole trader, Brambly hedge, Kingston, United Kingdom. Contact: ashwin.annamaraju@gmail.com. Not VAT registered.

2. What you're buying

• The Ultimate Tennis Handbook - a digital handbook (PDF) covering the technical, tactical, physical and mental problems tennis players run into, with practical fixes and drills for each. Priced at £39.99.
• Delivery is by email. A download link is sent to the email address you give at checkout, normally immediately and in any case within 24 hours of payment.

3. What I need from you

A working email address. If the download link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then email me and I'll send it again. That's the only thing I need from you.

4. What I'll do

I'll perform the service with reasonable care and skill, as required by section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces that.

5. What I won't promise

This is information and advice, not a guaranteed outcome. I can't promise ranking points, match wins, or a specific improvement, because those depend on what you do with the material, how much you practise, and factors outside my control. Nothing here is medical, physiotherapy, or injury advice - if something hurts, see a professional.

6. What I won't do

I will not ask you for payment details directly - all payments are handled by Stripe. I will not sell or share your email address, and I won't add you to anything you didn't ask for.

7. If the work isn't up to standard

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to ask me to do it again, and if that isn't possible or I don't do it within a reasonable time, to a price reduction. Tell me within 14 days of delivery and I'll sort it.

8. Who owns what

Your copy of the handbook is yours to read, print, and use for your own training and coaching. I keep copyright in the handbook itself: please don't resell it, republish it, or share the file or download link publicly.

9. Confidentiality

I won't disclose your details or anything you tell me about your game to anyone. If I ever want to quote your feedback I'll ask you first, in writing, and you can say no without it affecting anything.

10. Liability

I don't limit my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited. Otherwise my total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid me, and I'm not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost opportunity.

11. Access to your download

If a download link expires or stops working, email me and I'll reissue it. I'll keep reissuing links for at least 12 months from purchase.

12. Complaints

Email ashwin.annamaraju@gmail.com. I'll acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within ten.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer you can bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country you live in.
